SUNSHINE SPORTS ACADEMY TERMS AND CONDITIONS Last updated: 23 September 2026 1. AGREEMENT By creating an account and enrolling a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and that you accept these terms on their behalf. 2. ACCURATE INFORMATION You agree to provide accurate details for yourself and your child, including contact numbers, and to keep them up to date. We rely on these to reach you about sessions, schedule changes and emergencies. 3. FEES AND PAYMENT Fees are charged monthly per programme and are due by the date shown on your invoice. Fees are not pro-rated for missed sessions. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of enrolment. 4. ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATION Sessions run to the published schedule. We may change or cancel a session due to weather, venue availability or other circumstances, and will notify you as early as we can. To withdraw your child from a programme, please give written notice before the start of the next billing month. 5. HEALTH AND MEDICAL You confirm that your child is medically fit to take part in physical activity, and you agree to inform us in writing of any medical condition, allergy, injury or medication that may affect their participation. You authorise us to arrange emergency medical treatment if we cannot reach you. 6. RISK Sports participation carries an inherent risk of injury. While we take reasonable care to provide safe, supervised sessions, you accept that risk on your child's behalf. 7. CONDUCT We expect players, parents and guardians to treat coaches, staff, other participants and venues with respect. We may suspend or end enrolment for behaviour that is unsafe, abusive or persistently disruptive. 8. SUPERVISION Please deliver your child to the session and collect them promptly at the end. We are responsible for your child only during scheduled session times. 9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA We may take photographs or video during sessions and events for coaching, records and promotion of the academy. If you do not wish your child to appear in material we publish, tell us in writing and we will respect that. 10. YOUR INFORMATION We collect your and your child's details only to run the academy: enrolment, scheduling, attendance, billing and contacting you. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties except where needed to deliver the service or where the law requires it. 11. ACCOUNT SECURITY You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. 12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms. We will make the current version available in the parent portal, and continued use of the portal means you accept the version in force. 13.
